The website operator is responsible for personal information collected here. When payments open, Friends of Hannington will receive the details needed to administer its donations, directory listings and advertising. You can get in touch through the contact page.

- Business, contact and artwork information submitted for directory listings or advertising.
- Payment references and transaction information supplied by Stripe. The website does not receive your full card details.
- Technical and usage data through Google Analytics 4 only when you consent to analytics.
- Information included in a professional design enquiry sent directly to Bravedog.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, publish approved events and business information, administer payments and booked placements, maintain site security, and—where you have consented—understand how the website is used.
The lawful basis depends on the activity and may be legal obligation, performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, or consent. Analytics is based on consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Who receives it
Information may be handled by suppliers supporting the website, including Webflow for hosting, Stripe for payments, Google for consented analytics, email or IT providers, and Bravedog when you choose to request professional design services. It may also be disclosed where required by law.
Advertiser reporting
Only aggregated, non-identifying website statistics may be shared with advertisers or local businesses to show the reach and performance of listings and adverts. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the relevant provider must use an appropriate legal safeguard for the transfer.
